Quite Simply The Greatest Burger in America!
Quite Simply The Greatest Burger in America!
My Grandfather, Jim Brady, opened the original Diamond Jim Brady’s in 1954 on 7 Mile & Greenfield in Detroit. Along with my father, Tom Brady Sr., they spent their lives building relationships in our communities.
By serving up the finest food and drinks, with warm and personal hospitality, Diamond Jim Brady’s became an institution. Now, 70 years later, we are, and always have been, proud to be local people, serving local products with pride, passion and integrity.
Thank you for helping us carry on that tradition.
A native of Saginaw, Chef Jordan studied at the Great Lakes Culinary Institute, and refined his palate with positions at an esteemed variety of dining establishments across northern Michigan, including Tapawingo under chefs Pete Peterson and James Bloomfield, Chef Shari Smith at the Willard Hilton, and Siren Hall and Lulu’s under chef Michael Peterson. Most recently a sous chef for Peas and Carrots Hospitality, Chef Jordan is incredibly versatile – as passionate about preparing upscale main-course entrees and delicious comfort food as he is about the art of rolling sushi!
